We collect information about you when you book our service and register with us to help on your production. This information is collected via a ‘Customer Information Form’. This data is kept on our secure, password protected, Accountancy database and is held in accordance with UK legal accountancy rules. This data incudes contact, company and invoicing information. We do not keep any customer’s bank details.

 

  1. We collect data when you enquire about our services via email and voluntarily completed web enquiry forms via our web site, www.autocuehire.com.

We use this information to reply to those questions and send quotations and information about the services enquired about. This data is very basic and essentially includes only contact information. The data is kept on a secure password protected database and is only used to reply to enquiries. It is not used for any unsolicited marketing purposes.
